One Year MGH ECOR Postdoctoral Fellowship Awards
for Basic and Clinical Research

First of two calls in 2012 (Second call will be in early August 2012)
Application Deadline:  Monday, April 9, 2012 – Midnight

**********************************************************************************

Applications are invited for MGH ECOR Post-Doctoral Fellowship Awards.  In 2012, ECOR will, for the first time, be dividing the ECOR funding for postdoctoral awards into two groups to offer our post docs more flexibility in planning.  Half of the funded awards will be made available with each call.

Three Awards are designated as Tosteson Awards and six Awards are designated as Fund for Medical Discovery Awards (FMD).  Each Award includes a stipend of $40,000 plus applicable fringe benefits and 15% indirect costs.  The Awards are unrestricted as to area of study and MD fellows and PhD postdocs in either basic or clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital are encouraged to apply.

These Awards will be effective on or about July 1, 2012 and all applicants will be notified of funding decisions in late May 2012. The application deadline is midnight, Monday, April 9, 2012.

Eligibility and other Award information is provided below.  Incomplete or improperly assembled applications will not be reviewed.  Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are included.
